Pine Creek Lodge Cafe - Livingston

Our entire family was really turned off by our experience at Pine Creek this past weekend. While I don’t care if people smoke weed, we were really disappointed to see the number of people openly smoking pot right next to the stage during an event that was labeled on your site as family friendly. While Montana law allows recreational marijuana use, it explicitly prohibits the use of marijuana in public spaces, including outdoor public spaces. Further to this, it was evident your staff didn’t care and seemed to be high themselves. As a long time Montana resident, I’m disappointed this was able to go on in plain sight. Literally five feet behind us, three separate groups were passing their joints around openly and in public view with numerous young children around, including my two young kids. Not cool. If you want to allow people to smoke, maybe you should think about having a pot smoking area away from the main stage or not advertise your events as family friendly. I get we live in a place where it’s legal. Business wise though, it’s not a great look (and I think the vast majority of pot users would understand if you had a policy about “Non smoking areas”, especially during family events). I’m not writing you guys off for good, but definitely made me question whether your staff has any standards.or if your simply only looking to cater to potheads!

We were there for outdoor entertainment. Nice, intimate setting. But they need to raise the stage so people can see the performers.

This was my first visit for the music venue. It was AWSOME.. Love the option for dry camping.. the multiple kiosk for cold ones and foods is a great change too. The relaxed atmosphere in the trees is a day dream for sure. One draw back is the stage is due for an up grade for nothing else the visual experience.. Great experience.. I didn't rent a room, I was there for the music, which turned into there for the food!! Both were excellent! Service: 5 Location: 5

This is my happy place. Close to Pine Creek Campground. Great place for food and entertainment. A nice low key setting. Friendly staff and fun atmosphere!! Service: 5 Location: 5
