McDonald's - Liverpool

The service at this restaurant was slow and the servers were chewing gum, which was unappetizing. The food is equivalent to McDonald's, so the quality of the service is crucial. When we ordered four meals, the server made a strange comment about it being a large order.

Order ice cream cones at drive thru. She has her hands all over the cone! Gross. We dont know if her hands are clean. We dont know if she handled money. We dont know where those hands were. This is a no no. Use a...napkin over the cone. And this also just looks bad and not professional!

My wife I were at this McDonalds on May 3, 2018. I had to clean the table myself, it had food particles and coffee stains on it. Most of the other tables were also dirty. There were french fries, paper napkins and dirt spread...out on the floor. One of the woman workers told a male worker to empty the garbage while we were eating. While emptying the garbage this employee was complaining out loud to some people he knew about his duties. Once he was finished I noticed he was going back towards the service counter. From our sitting position my view of the counter was blocked by a wall so I got up to go see if this employee was going back in the kitchen to work. Sure enough there he was handling food in the back. There is no way that he had time to wash his hands by the time I checked on him. Absolutely terrible and disgusting not to mention the overall sanitary condition of the restaurant's floor and tables. I will never eat there again.

Our family stopped here for breakfast. We received our meals at different times and also when we did finally got them, the meals were wrong.

McDonald's in Durham is the worst! They constantly forget something from every order and take forever to prepare each order.
