Starbucks - Liverpool

I would not recommend this place. They clearly don't know how to make coffee. I ordered decaf once, and they served me regular, which triggered an allergic reaction. Today, I waited 30 minutes for my coffee, and when it finally came, the flavor was completely off. When I pointed it out and mentioned that I order the same drink every time, the barista responded with an attitude, saying she would make me another one. Unfortunately, the second attempt was still wrong. I understand that they are busy, but if they continue to provide this level of service, they won't stay busy for long.

I visit this restaurant every morning primarily because it's conveniently located near my house. They usually get my order right, although there have been a few mix-ups, like when they accidentally used regular espresso instead of blonde espresso in my drink. The staff is really friendly, which is a big plus. However, the store needs to improve its inventory management and ensure there's enough stock to meet customer demand, like with OatMilk, for instance. Let’s all be more present and focus on supporting our team and customers.

It's a Starbucks. The coffee is great, the food is tasty, but the prices are outrageously high.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Food was ice cold. I asked if they could re heat it after seeing that both bags were ice cold, I didn’t come remotely close to touching either sandwich. She laughed in my face and said they don’t do that. I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager which makes it even worst. I asked for her first name and she said “I don’t have to give you that”. I then asked if there was a store manager which she laughed again and said “you can call corporate”. Walked away to help the next customer. Never will come here again.

Starbucks is always good! The coffee is amazing and the sandwiches are among the best I've ever had.
