Piccolino Liverpool

On December 29th, I brought a group of 15 people to this restaurant and we had a terrible dining experience. It took more than an hour for our food to be served.

Food was alright, the service was slowwww. The dessert was delicious! It was alright for not knowing restaurants around the area. I would probably not go back.

Good food and good service reasonable prices on Liverpool on the city centre. The spaghetti carbonara and the spaghetti frutti di mare were delicious... too full to try any dolce. thanks for a lovely evening.

Piccolino isn't one of my favourite Italian restaurants in Liverpool but it isn't too bad. I'd say the quality of food is ok, there's nothing particularly wrong with it, it just doesn't excite me. One of the things I do love about Piccolino is the staff, they are always so friendly, polite and helpful. They seem to genuinely want to be there and provide a good service, which is a rarity these days. One of the downsides, however, is the cost. It can be quite costly considering the standard of food but I did wonder if they pay their staff a lot. Would perhaps explain their enthusiasm! How cynical of me.
