Wow, this place is incredible, it feels like being transported back to Italy. The selection of Italian cakes they offer is fantastic and the flavors are incredibly authentic, just like being at home.

I'm not sure why all the changes have taken place. The restaurant looks nice and the food is delicious, but the service is incredibly slow! You may be fortunate if they get your order right the first time. Be cautious when ordering coffee as they only fill up the cup halfway. I had to ask for a refill. The coffee is overpriced and not served properly. I haven't been here in a long time and this will be my last visit.

During our visit to Liverpool, we decided to dine at this restaurant. The establishment was larger than I had anticipated and quite crowded, but we were able to secure a table without any issues. Our craving for something sweet was easily satisfied as they had an array of options including cheesecakes, ice creams, pastries, donuts, and other treats. I opted for a pistachio hot chocolate, while my wife chose a biscoff milkshake. Indulging ourselves, we also shared a chocolate fudge cake, malteser cheesecake, and three cannoli. The pistachio hot chocolate was absolutely delicious, with a thick and tasty cream topping that complemented the flavor well. The milkshake was decent, but we have had better elsewhere. Surprisingly, the milkshake came in a plastic takeaway cup even though we were dining in. The fudge cake and cheesecake were good, though not particularly outstanding. Unfortunately, the cannoli were a letdown as they were dry and had an overly sweet filling. The ambiance with Italian music and chatter in the background added to the atmosphere, but it wasn't very relaxing. The staff was pleasant, but I felt the prices were on the higher side for what we received.

Popped in for a coffee and couldn't resist one of the cream custard croissants- delicious! Will definitely be back
