Mcdonald's Albert Dock - Liverpool

Recently visited to get some lunch as nothing close to where I was working, got a nasty bout of food poisoning from a burger meal. Still suffering 4 days later. Hope no one else was served this with their meals. Absolutely certain it came from the food here. I think staff need to be briefed on food hygiene sharpish!! Disgraceful won’t be visiting any chains again in a hurry.

We ordered two employee meals, grilled wrap and a chicken big mac, through the drive through, we get home and it’s a crispy wrap and a plain big mac with only chicken and bread as it got put they wrong by the headset employee, i also ordered a few days ago, and i didn’t get napkins, straws or any of the sauces for my 20 box or the two chilli dips i ordered.

Ordered medium double quarter pounder deluxe meal and received a single instead. Watch out lads. No one likes to be ripped off and I'm not the only one by the look of the reviews. 100% sure is not lack of staff as there were 2 at one window and 3 more at the other window on the drive-throug. Looks like more lack of management. Hope you can improve this

Handy Maccies this. Always pop in when driving through Liverpool. It has a drive through the food is good.

I really should remember to check my drive thru order when I get it, yet again double sausage and egg ordered, only to find it’s a single when I get to work time to start using the cafe up the road I think!
