Lin Hao Chinese English Takeaway

This is a chippy I’ve just started using, as the other chippy near me I used was terrible and this too was a disappointment. I ordered crispy chilli beef with Fred rice and my partner got a char Sui omelette with chips and bbq sauce. Upon opening mine I noticed straight away that the beef was particularly blacker than what I’ve had in the past from various lovely chippys and restaurants , I dished it out anyway, as I had my 1st and only bite of a piece of well what I thought was beef just felt like fried tendons, I couldn’t chew it, foul that all I can say , my wife well she said hers was not to tasty and the bbq sauce was black black) never seen that before. So can’t give good reviews unfortunately. Staff tho very pleasant.

Placed an order over the phone to be delivered, one of the meals was Sweet n Sour Chicken Cantonese style, it turned up it was chicken in pink water. Rang them up they said would deliver something else but would charge us AGAIN for delivery!Don’t bother, will never go back here, 1st and last time if that’s the way you want to treat customers...SHOCKING!!!

Popped Lin to Lin Hao tonight Had this meal chicken chow mein insauce me an my daughter really tasty lovely food only chippy we eat from.

This is our favourite takeaway chippy in the area. Always proper thick chips no warm ups. Great choice of meals from English to Chinese. Meal deal 5 items for £16 is a bargain. Delivery very good and chippy is so clean too.

This Chippy has reopened and my what a transformation it is from old, which i went to once and said never again as it was dirty and food was ****. NOW the (what I call) new LIN HO is all different, massive menu loads to choose from, portions decent and priced well, the staff are very friendly too. Looks very clean. The only down side are the prawn crackers which are in a massive box by the till open and when you buy then they taste a bit soft for my liking. If your local want a change (as there are a few bad chippys on rice lane) this is a must.
