I placed an online order at 9:26pm. Estimated delivery was 10:10-10:30. Order updated to on way at 10:15. I started trying to ring the restaurant at 10:45 as it closes at 11 but they wouldn’t answer the phone. No delivery received and no contact made with me. Disgusting customer service won’t be using this restaurant again in the future. Would not recommend.

We placed our food order and waited for 2 hours for it to arrive! I called the restaurant twice and on the third attempt, they stopped picking up the phone! The food was delivered completely cold and soggy!!!!! We will not be returning!

The delivery was speedy and the food arrived hot. The dishes were delicious, everyone loved them and we will certainly order from here again.

Disgustin treatment of people and staff, the Boss is vile so are the managers, nothing is prepped , all frozen quality food from Chinese supermarket, nothing wrong with Chinese supermarket but the fact the whole brand is completely bought is a joke. the cooks and workers dont have a clue about food. and the boss ive heard is rude and they bully customers and staff.. not paying taxs. everything about the chain is awful.. food is frozen junk.

Visited for lunch with my friend and her kids. Was taken fantastic care of by Daisy. Super friendly greeting and sat down five of us. Think the girl was on her own. She took our order, cooked our food, served our food. Checked in on us, kept the drinks and condiments coming. Unflappable. Smiling all the while. What a girl. Give her a raise.
