Domino's Pizza Liverpool Huyton

I walked into this clean restaurant and was pleasantly surprised to receive a 2 for 1 offer. The manager was chatting with me in a relaxed and focused manner, and he was a great guy. All of the staff seemed professional and the store was well-run. The food was amazing - as a pizza chef myself, I have to give it a 10 out of 10 for taste and ingredients. It was flavorful and well done.

I placed an order for delivery 5 hours in advance. The order arrived 35 minutes late, with half of it being lukewarm. I complained about missing items (a whole large pizza) and it arrived 20 minutes later without an apology. The bread was overpriced and awful, mainly black wedges. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

I have visited this Domino's a few times now because it is the closest one to me. However, after my recent experiences, I will not be ordering from here again. The last two times I spent over £30 on meals, they were very disappointing. Two weeks ago, I picked up a pizza that I had waited for over 45 minutes for in the shop. The young brunette girl behind the counter had a rude attitude, swearing and acting unprofessionally. After a long wait, she offered me a free garlic bread as an apology. Today, I had a pizza delivered which arrived in 25 minutes, but it was dry, tasteless, and appeared to have been sitting out for a while. I will not be ordering from here again.

What a joke. Rang 5 times. Order sent out twice. Two hours later no food. It’s 10pm. We are starving. Do not order from here. Clowns. And liars. Thanks Liam for your utter lies.

I only order every couple of weeks, seeing reviews saying turning up late, I can say this never happens to me. Far from it actually it's always been early or Bob on time. The delivery drivers are always polite, friendly and apologise even for being 30 seconds late. The pizzas are hot, tasty and perfect every time. Side orders are so good that they are the first things to be finished. Well done all the guys that work there. (Chris from the Bar)
