Debenhams - Liverpool

Visited yesterday for a quick coffee in between shopping. Ordered 2 large lattes and 2 slices of red velvet cake £17!!!!! Was nothing wrong with them but I could get lunch for that price. Won’t return.

Me and my husband had an afternoon tea there and it was lovely, the young man who I believe is the manager was lovely and made one of the best coffee I have ever tasted. Will definitely come back again

The waitress if you can call her that was walking around as if she did not know were she was. She walked around with our food for about two minutes, tried to attract her attion but got ignored. I followed her back to were she took our food, complained and was given refund for food after it was snatched out of hand. I tried to complain to Another member of staff who turned out to be Assistant Manager and he just laughed at me when I asked for his name he refused to give it to me and got really aggressive.

Asked for festive turkey sandwich stated selection of bread... no selection just a very pale part baked baguette( the type you have to finish in the oven) but hadn’t been finished... not buttered and very dry turkey added..2 stuffing balls that were inediblexas like bullets....so I took some butter and added cranberry to make it half edible . waitress very surly so I didn’t like to complain took ages to be served yet no one in front of me.... Won’t be going back

My husband had a panini and I had the winter turkey and vegetable soup. Both were satisfactory but nothing special.
