Costa Coffee - Liverpool

Ordered delivery from Uber, delivered quickly brilliant. But the order from Penny Lane, Costa I ordered a Caramel Frostino it came WITHOUT Caramel, a sausage bap, I got a bacon bap so hard I couldn’t eat most of it, I ordered a Kit Kat muffin which never arrived, FML this is ridiculous

Called in for a coffee before shopping nearby, the BOSS had a cappuccino, so did I. In addition I had a mince pie warm with squirt cream. Delish. Service was quick and friendly. Very nice.

Many coffee shops I have been to around the country have at least one option of a vegan wrap sandwich. Not Penny Lane Costa. I was told by a staff member that they only sell profitable items!

We called in for a cappuccino but ended up having a cake as well. The BOSS had a Danish pastry, I had a mince pie, my first of the Christmas season. Everything was delish, service was quick and friendly. Fab.

Visited with my Grandson first time I had been on my own with the pram a very helpful member of staff(young lady sorry I never got her name offered to bring the coffee to my table which I really appreciated . Coffee as always is great thanks Costa
