Contribuiți la feedbackWent in to order a peach iced tea with strawberry syrup. The server said what strawberry syrup, do you mean peach iced tea with strawberry syrup?” I answered “Yes, peach iced tea with strawberry syrup” she said “That’s what I said” To which I answered “That’s what I said”. She then shook her head whilst putting the order through the till. I said to her “There’s no need for an attitude” and she then said she wasn’t serving me as I was being rude! Another customer who was waiting next to me commented that the server was the rude one. She had a fed up attitude with no customer service skills whatsoever. She clearly shouldn’t be customer facing without adequate training on customer service. I’ve never encountered staff in any other Costa behave in this way. I’m quite frankly appalled.
Says it opens at 6 am but at 7:09 it is still closed, young girl inside said they are open at 7:30!
Rude staff who mock customers Not a single smile from female staff. Drinks okay and service quick but probably so they don’t have to interact with customers for long
Just called in for a hot cholate and a coffee very quick service hardy any waiting at all both drinks were good as well
The cafe itself is clean, tidy, and has a decent amount of seating for a train station location. However, during my visit, I experienced a strange encounter when a random person tried to sit at my table and asked about a plug socket, even though I was sitting by a glass wall. He ended up sitting with another customer, which was quite odd. While this may have been a one-time occurrence, it's worth noting that such awkward situations could happen if the place is full. Overall, I wouldn't dissuade you from visiting Costa Coffee, but personally, I find the Starbucks at Lime Street station to be a better option.
