Contribuiți la feedbackThree of us went to an early dinner on Saturday night. the staff was good, but a little subduing, but eating and the experience was great! we had a selection of different meats on the grill. it was tasty, fun and a good opportunity to spend a few hours.
With a friend as walk for two. ordering the bbq platter 28 pfund pp. at least 2 persons. the waiter, a young man, who looked very unhappy, served us. no hallo, please or thank you. only order and left. that was nice to eat. a new experience. but half an hour in the young man waiter and a lady employee came into a spirited debate. with the lovely man look more and more upset. it developed into a screaming conversational argument about the restaurant. I try to get the bill while this went, was hard. Finally, a service fee on a cook their own bbq of 10%. that was hard to swallow. will come back to be honest.
Giving this restaurant 1 star is way too generous. The customer service is zero, i got a feeling they really hate all the customers. Not a single word of hello or bye. I thought i was in a funeral parlour as all the staffs were so miserable. The oriental waitress clicked her finger in a gesture to give back the menu once i finished my order. I couldn't believe my eyes. How rude can it be. They treated us as if we went there for free food. Even slapping 10% service charge on top.The food was below average . I am telling myself that i would never set foot in that place ever again. We eat out 2 or 3 times a week in the last 3 years and never came across such a dreadful place like this. Honestly , if you want to be treated in the most despicable manner by owner and staff this will be the place...
Most meats are nice. the cortex is beautiful. the bark can be a bit chewing. sauces (gochujang? are beautiful and spicy. as with marinated meat they taste well, but as they cook them, comes out a lot of moisturity so they spread, flatter and cook them a little longer. black bell was nothing special. service is good as they have helped us get a new grill plate when there was too much char after cooking the meat. tables for six people are quite small, so make sure they only allow room for eating. can be claustrophobic. dark atmosphere as they go on in the building, so it can be difficult to read. a little salat was a bit dirty/wild, but just tear off and they are in order. dolsot bimbimbap was beautiful as the rice had a beautiful crispy texture. it must eat with the seasoned meat as it may be. seafood noodles had a beautiful texture and sauce after friends. I thought it was okay, but I didn't have much of it.
Another beautiful Korean restaurant in the city. love her kimchi pancakes, bibimbap and spicy Korean bark soup. after two years we visited this Korean restaurant. they have significantly improved. their food was delicious. the highlight of the meal was actually the kimchi pfannkuchen. it was crunchy outside and had many kimchi in the pancake. bibimbap was also good, served with a piping hot stone dish! perfect to keep the food warm at this temperature. the only comment is that her personal was not attentive. they brought us, two of the same court, and we had to pay for it. they even forgot our drinks. minus the service, it was a fabulous restaurant with delicious Korean food.
