I anyway come here ever since I was a teen now am im 30s great service the manager laz and her team always busy but ready and willing to take my order they really doing the most for costumes in my eyes because. This McDonald's is the best location. They are super fast super friendly. I regularly drive here from Pleasanton because of their friendly service. As usual fries were not hot. I don't think I have ever gotten hot fries here. I'm going to stop eating here. Big Mac was just so so. Not very hot either. As busy as they are you would think you had a chance at getting something

Really disappointed with the chicken sandwich theluxeJust plain hamburger bun and 2 small slices of pickle on top of small piece of fried chicken.

This review is probably not going to do anything but this is to just warn you all.This was my go to mcdonalds and not anymore.I always do the drive through because I have the kids with me. We went here at 5pm and it wasn 't busy.I ordered a classic cheeseburger pack (that includes 20 pc nuggets) and i ordered another additional 20 pcs chicken nuggets (which would make my order 40 in total) with 2 oreo mcflurry and one hot fudge with extra fudge.Upon arrival to the pick up window they handed one bag and two hot fudge and one oreo mcflurry. I corrected the lady and politely said I ordered 2 flurries and one fudge (it wasn 't a big deal) but she looked disappointed. Never thought of anything so I just thanked them and left.Now when we got home I took out the contents from the bag and we were missing 20 pcs of nuggets. At this point it 's been an hour.I went back to tell them they missed my other 20 pcs and one of the ladies that was supposedly be in charge gave me the attitude and said tHaT 's A lOt Of NuGgEtS and rolled her eyes on me.She then proceeded to hand me the nuggets and after that encounter I just tossed them thinking they probably spit on it.Lesson I learned is always check your order before you leave. But at the same time they shouldn 't be treating customers as if they own this multimillion dollar company.I get that this is just mcdonalds but dude you don 't have to get upset if you 're the one that made the mistake I didn 't go full blown karen on the spot because I know I have to respect other people too. I also had a long day and I 'm trying my best to still be nice.It 's free to be nice ya 'll.Apparently this lady has been here since 2 years ago (refer to the photo below from another fellow yelper) same lady with the same attitude.
