I received my order very quickly, and the ice cream was still nice and firm! It wasn't melted at all, which is a pleasant surprise with delivery. I'm really happy with my experience!

I ordered a 2 Scoop Sundae, but it looked more like a single scoop. When I've had it in-store before, it filled the cup completely. This portion was very small, just about half a cup. I felt like I was cheated.

The milkshake tasted watery and looked unappealing. It was quite disappointing.

The milkshakes were not filled all the way up literally 2 inch space at the top, not did our milkshakes have whipped cream.

2 Scoop Sundae and Smoothie were amazing! Shoutout to the staff who took our order, you were very kind and we appreciate that you made sure the order was correct! Will buy again!
