Texas Roadhouse - Live Oak

Started off with having to wait 20 minutes outside in the elements for a to-go order placed 30 minutes prior. I had to ask for my order twice. The first time I was told it would be ready in a few minutes. The second time I was told it was just being started in the back as the employee proceeded to stuff his face with fries. Fast forward to getting to the hotel and finding that you have one plasticware set to share for two adults and two children. Logical. Then the extra ranch ordered for the child's loaded fries is MIA. Upon further inspection the baked potato is uncut without any toppings anywhere to be found, including the extra cheese and bacon paid for, and the child hamburgers were so burnt they were crunchy. I would hate to see this place on a weekend.... much less a Thursday night. Maybe teach your staff reading comprehension or common sense...

The food was awesome. The wait was a little long but we were with good friends so it went by fast. I always have a wonderful and pleasant experience here at this Texas Roadhouse. The food and staff here are absolutely amazing. The best place to go for a good service and atmosphere of 10 the only thing is that a lot of people go there and in cheers you have to wait for a table.

KAITLIN was amazing!! Best server ive had here ever!! Table was bussed everytime a a plate got clear, refills were fast! BAR DRINKS were FAST!! Definitely recommend asking for kaitlin, thank you for making my 22nd bday dinner good girl

Came during lunch was sat pretty fast which is for the 2 stars. I sat for roughly 17 mins before I had to go talk to a manager about receiving some service. Was passed by 6 times by waitress's no one ever asked us if we wanted drinks or even looked at us. A group was sat down right next us got service INSTANTLY. I shouldn't have to go out of my way to go talk to a manager. I like the food so I might be back one day but if you are looking to come here during lunch need to go back to work later just don't come here.

Great food and great fast service. I got the salmon and highly recommend. I will be back. Great management
