Panera Bread - Live Oak

Unfortunately, while I am a very huge Panera fan, this location left a whole lot to be desired. Some of the staff were not helpful in facilitating placing orders. Two out of the four kiosks that were there were out of order during a lunch crowd. There was only one register open to take orders while 3 to 4 employees were walking around. When asked for the store number to easily identify the location and place the order online, no one knew the location number. By the time I got back home with my order, I realized that none of the sides were added to the three entrees that were purchased. Definitely will not be going back.

The food lasted 20 minutes until an order expired. the sandwich had no flesh and should be easy to prepare. suppe was not filled, and is clearly the rest of the day. chicken soup with 4 noodles and chickens. sandwich was very badly prepared, sloppy thrown together. the so-called gnats, which obviously had not been properly cleaned. Perhaps if the workers who carried out the food had taken their aircraft out, they could make their orders more attentive and make sure they are customer standards. I called to talk to a manager and to ring on the phone. retrieved got a manager who had not imagined and waited until the end of the conversation to apologize.
