Contribuiți la feedbackSo we ordered food here online last night (Saturday,7/15/23) around 6 pm. Order was placed, confirmed, pick up time 6:20 pm, and funds were removed from the account. I get there to pick it up and the doors are locked, lights are out. No sign on the door saying they'd closed for the weekend or due to staffing, nothing. So, tried calling but as other reviews have mentioned the phones disconnected or they've changed the number. Either way I'm on my way down there now to hopefully talk to someone. Will possibly update with results.Update: I received the two sandwiches I paid for,and was informed by the sandwich artist working that the crew/person closed early last night at 6 instead of 7 (mind you on the door it is posted they're open until 8 on Saturdays), but didn't have anything else to say about the matter. Unfortunately, and speaking from experience as a food service industry worker and as an individual who has held several management positions and currently in one, I would have offered at least a couple of fountain drinks? A cookie? Something to accommodate the inconvenience of not receiving my order last night, not having a working phone number or point of contact, and having to make a second trip.
They offer delivery and are wheelchair accessible. It is good for kids and pets are welcome. They have curbside pickup.

Great sub sandwiches with the toppings you want and seasoned just right. I personally like the Italian sub the best.
I ordered a Subway sub from the Great Rd., Littleton, location. A chicken bacon ranch. Brought it home and maybe got 3 bites. The bacon was almost raw, the chicken was tough and chewy, no cheese (when I paid for extra) and no dressing (I asked for extra, too). I tried to call phone is disconnected!! So we drove back to it. The one right before the light with the Mobil station at 119 and 110. The bushes are all overgrown. The handicap ramp, parts are bowed in. The store was ok clean, but the second exit was blocked with take out shelves. This is illegal in MA, all buildings require at least 2 clear exits. The cashier said the sandwich was made correctly. No apologies. I physically opened the sandwich myself, and showed her no cheese or dressing. Then she’s all “but you ordered online!” and offered to remake the sandwich. My husband then said, firmly, “my wife said she doesn’t want another, she wants a refund.” We asked her to call the owner. She calls, speaking Portuguese I’m pretty sure. I know it’s a bit different from Spanish. About 5 minutes later, she hands us $11.80 in cash. Would be 0 stars if I could! AWFUL!
