Great customer service! I have the speck cheddar chicken sandwich, simple pommes and the Churro shake. sooo yummy! the shop has no handicap accessible doors, but there are disabled parkings on the door. there was not much of a line, but I visited a weekday.

Okay, so I just moved to co. I lived in ca for a few years and don't wait in the sound at n out. I would drive out my way to find the shake shack because their burgers are great. was happy to find a shake shack not too far from our new home. good burger, good pommes. much better than the other burger pitches!

The first time and not what I thought. burgers were good, but nothing special. They're pretty small. fries were fresh and crispy and better than the burger and the worst is quite expensive. a burger, fries and a drink they will be back over $13. would I instead take a double combination in-n-out for about $9? you betcha!

Gotta love this place... The food is delicious, the milkshakes are delicious, and the service is great. Good gluten free options too. I just wish the portions were sightly larger. Our family usually buys four burgers, a 10 piece chicken nugget, and an order of bacon cheese fries. It's almost enough but not quite. How about adding family-size fries order?
