Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Littleton

The ice is always delicious. this situation does not get five stars because with how much busy it is, it always seems short staff and that can wait long. I know the personal is now hard, but two other dairy queens close (one who is always more busy) do not have this problem.

I went in with the thought of one of the most friendliest employees, Thomas, but when I went I heard the news he was fired I was heartbroken. His customer service was the only reason I still kept going to this very poor treated Dairy Queen. They just lost one of many customers. Disappointing!

I placed an order chili dogs online for delivery I received a hotdog in a bun (that's it) 25.00 charge called the store and heard only excuses. They refused to make it right. Never again!! It's fast food not NASA
