Chili's Grill - Littleton

We come for happy hour beer, their draft beer apparently isnt working. So we ask to substitute for bottled beer. Some Manager comes over (probably some asst. , gives us a line about how he couldn 't possibly help us because the prices are set bycorporate . They don 't have what they advertise and offer, then they say there 's nothing we can possibly do . They don 't careabout customer service here

I Have been to Chili?s many times. On this occasion I was served by Greg in the open seating area. It was a busy area for one person. Greg was phenomenal he appeared to do the job of several people. He was very fast, attentive, and customer friendly.Also want to give credit to the kitchen staff. My food and fries were the best they have ever been.

I’m writing this review about a week and a half after my visit. I stopped by on a whim one Thursday evening and chose to sit at the bar. The bartender was really laid-back and friendly, though we didn’t chat much until just before I left, when we talked about a recent trip he had taken. My overall experience that evening was excellent. It was a relaxing night, the food was enjoyable, and the service was outstanding. To sum it up, my visit was definitely above average. However, I have one critique: Dear Chili's management, please don't be so stingy with the tiny scoop of vanilla ice cream that accompanies the small chocolate dessert! A good rule to follow is to provide a scoop of ice cream that’s at least one-third the size of the chocolate cake.

The food here is absolutely delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Every time I've dined at this restaurant, I've had an amazing meal, and I hope you have the same experience! It's such a pleasure to visit a clean, well-managed restaurant run by professionals who truly care about the quality of their offerings.

I ordered a burger without tomatoes because of an allergy, but it came with tomatoes anyway. I ended up having to eat the French fries with a fork as if they were mashed potatoes. There's always some kind of problem when I order from this location. I even tried to call to request a new burger, but I was hung up on. There are definitely better options around here.
