Brad's Pit Bbq - Littleton

I found their food truck at Coal Mine Pierce (next to Liquor Mart). The brisket and pulled pork sandwiches were great. Tender and flavorful, with generous portions for the price. The crew running the truck was everything you could hope for, quick and friendly, but having a good time as well. Caleb (I think) was especially knowledgeable in pairing sauces with meats and sides. I wish the brick and mortar location at Platte Canyon and Bowles was open later. I have been twice only to find them closed.
