Baskin-robbins - Littleton

I'm giving this place 5 stars because I can be a tough customer. They were out of hot fudge for my Reese's Pieces sundae, which was a disappointment. I told the young lady that I didn't want it after she prepared it because it wasn't what I expected. She softly mentioned, though I could barely hear her due to her enthusiasm, that they had chocolate sauce instead of hot fudge. So, I switched my order and returned on Sunday to try it with chocolate sauce. I could tell she wasn't thrilled with me, but I appreciate the enthusiasm of the staff, especially when they’re excited about ice cream!

We visit this Baskin-Robbins quite often due to its convenient location, and usually, we have a positive experience. The shop is always clean, and the staff is generally friendly. However, I am giving it two stars because 80% of the time when I order a cappuccino, it turns out to be extremely weak and lacking flavor. It seems that whenever the owner prepares my drink, she tries to cut corners by adding extra ice and less coffee. This has happened multiple times, so it's not just a one-time issue. Considering that these drinks have become quite expensive—around $8.99 for a medium—it's frustrating when they taste more like bland iced coffee than a proper cappuccino. On a positive note, I want to mention that the other employees do a good job.

I visited the restaurant the other day and was thoroughly displeased by the handling of the ice cream. Two young male employees were working behind the counter without gloves, and one of them even licked his finger and then touched the ice cream, bringing it close to his face. It would have been appropriate for them to remake it. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and the manager should take a closer look at the employees they hire. The female staff members there are great, and we have no complaints about them. However, due to the experience we had the other day, we will not be returning. Customers deserve better!

The owner does not take responsibility for his activities. we ordered an ice cream cake for the birthday of my son. I called the day before to confirm because it was a tight time frame to get the cake back to urban air. they opened 4 hours too late and said they always open at this later time on Saturday. the sign on the door said 11 o'clock, the internet said 11 o'clock, and the person who answered the phone when I said 11 o'clock was in order. visit the baskin robbins in evergreen instead of various owners. they are beautiful and proud of their business.

I was in there the other day and was completely discussed by the handling of the ice cream . Two skater teen boys , were working the counter , no gloves , one of them was licking his fingers and ice cream touched his face ?? it’s even offer to remake it. Just a terrible experience there and the manager needs to check on the staff they hire. The female staff that work there are awesome and we have no complaints. But because of the experience we had the other day, we will not be returning…..customers beware!!!
