The service is quick and precise. I appreciate the variety of food they offer. The seating is always comfortable, and I enjoy the consistently dim lighting.

Frustrated, I purchased a ticket for another film that I wasn't interested in and then proceeded to the movie I initially wanted to see. The theater had around eight other attendees in a space that could accommodate over 100 people. About 45 minutes into the film, I was asked for my ticket. When I explained that I had been denied entry to my original film and had only bought a ticket for a different movie out of necessity, I felt completely disregarded. I understand I was a bit late, but given that the theater was mostly empty and I had already paid for a ticket, why put up this unnecessary fight? After this experience, I feel completely disrespected and am seriously considering canceling my membership.

The popcorn was served cold and lacked flavor. I ordered an unlimited refill drink, but it was only filled that first time. Once we discovered that the popcorn was disappointing, we didn’t feel inclined to try anything else on the menu.
