I think this is about the best fish and chip shop in the area. The que whenever we call in would tend to confirm that. Food is very reasonably priced, always cooked fresh with an excellent selection on offer. Would recommend Take out only. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I know that this place is sacred to the locals. But 35 mins waiting for fish and chips. No logical split between telephone orders and walk in order just makes no sense. The food is not exactly amazing against any other chippy. So I don't really recommend it, unless you grab a lunch maybe.
