U.s. Pizza Co. -heights - Little Rock

I ordered the mushroom pizza and a salad. The salad was fantastic and very fresh, but I should have asked them to take it out a little sooner, as the edges of my pizza were burned and it was a bit harder than I expected. I didn't request an extra crispy pizza. I was also pleased to visit on a weeknight when there wasn't much traffic, making it easy to find parking despite the limited spaces.

I have to admit, I've had her pizza before, and it was just average. Today, I decided to try the roast beef and cheddar sandwich on a toasted hoagie roll. I added mayonnaise, and it turned out to be quite tasty. It came with a pickle spear and a bag of chips. However, my main issue was that there wasn't enough meat; for the price, the amount of beef was a bit disappointing. I also tried two breadsticks with marinara sauce, which were pretty small. Overall, I’m not sure if I’ll be returning anytime soon.

I found a cracker sitting in my delivery bag, which made me question if someone had already eaten my order. It left me wondering about the service.

The waitress was not very helpful or friendly. We had to ask them to refill, napkins silver goods more than once. It wasn't even a busy day

Today my Brazilian friend and I dined at US Pizza in the heights for the first and last time. We paid our bill in cash at the table and left the restaurant in conversation. We were walking to our car when the host waiter startled us by running out of the restaurant to yell at us for ?not paying for our food?. We explained that we left the check in the booklet at the table. The man accused us of lying. We went back inside to show him our paid bill. In front of the entire dinner crowd he loudly embarrassed us by causing a scene and accusing us of stealing while he was looking for the bill which was no longer on the table. One of the other waiters (in the back of the restaurant) heard him and said she had picked up the check and showed it to him. My Brazilian friend, mortified by this, told him, in Portuguese because her English is very limited, that she was not a thief. He replied by saying that he doesn?t speak Spanish. Two middle aged women on an after church outing are likely not going to steal a small pizza. I don?t really care what the crowd thought of me because I didn?t do anything wrong. But I didn?t appreciate my dear friend being humiliated. The dignity of your customers is worth more than a $18.
