În primul rând, ca ceva numit Bar Grill, mă așteptam la un bar. Nu. Nu încă. Asta este de înțeles. Serviciul a fost singurul JICCup real. Un autobuz a adus apele americane, apoi un chelner a venit să ia comanda noastră. Când nu eram gata, mi-a luat ceva timp să-l ducă acolo. Am comandat o aplicație, care a venit și a mers înainte ca nimeni altcineva să ne apropiem să ne luăm comanda de cină. După o vreme, o fată care... Vezi toate recenziile.
To start off, I was expecting a typical Bar Grill experience but was surprised to find no bar at this restaurant. The service was a bit of a hiccup, with a busser bringing us water and a waiter taking our order before disappearing for a while until we were ready to order. Our appetizer arrived and was finished before anyone else came to take our dinner order. Eventually, a server who seemed unsure took our entree order. However, once our meals arrived, they were delicious. I had the mixed grill and my wife had the mahi curry. I believe they will work out the kinks in their service, but for now, I'll give them some time to improve.
The service at this restaurant was outstanding. Our server was extremely helpful, especially towards my wife who cannot eat spicy food.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic. I made reservations through OpenTable for the Fayetteville location, but they only reserved for the Little Rock location. We were seated anyway. It seems like there were only 4 staff members working for the entire restaurant. The wait staff was very inattentive. This has been my experience twice now. The food is excellent, but the service is poor.
Exceptional food and service! We had a great evening here.
The service was wonderful, the server was very helpful for all of us and especially for my wife, who cannot eat spices.
