Red Lobster - Little Rock

I love these restaurants for their amazing food, but they could improve on their service. Overall, I can't complain but they need to work on updating their service.

This was quite possibly the worst meal and service I have ever experienced. The mussels were overcooked, turning them into tough tendrils. The shrimp was so dry that it was a challenge to even remove it from the shell.

Whenever I order food for delivery from this restaurant, they always fail to deliver everything I ordered. When I call to inquire, they tell me to come pick it up. It's quite frustrating.

The food was delicious and served on time. Our only problem was that a party of four with a service dog was set right next to us. We're not dogs, and we were uncomfortable with the dog eating next to us. We just wish we were asked before sitting because there were many other tables where they could sit.

The food was great. I always get my favorites. Eat still good and staff friendly update.
