Pizza Hut - Little Rock

Terrible service. Never been treated so badly. He kept us waiting while the employees had conversations between themselves to take our order. Pay when you enter the door. Had to ask for plates from which they eat. Give small plastic-Kiddie cups to drink. Had to be against silver goods. Then they were plastic forks. Sauce for bread sticks was cold. I've eaten in many pizza huts in the south and that's the worst I've ever seen.

The pizza was good, but I had to wait a long time in the car for a call about my personal pan.

When I called the restaurant to report the mistake, the woman on the phone insisted that I had not ordered a meat lover's pizza, but rather just a large thin crust with jalapeños. I tried to explain that’s what the computer said I ordered, and I thought they should confirm the order with a phone call. However, I never received a call to verify if my order was correct. The lady continued to argue with me about my order, so I asked if they could fix it and send me what I originally wanted: a large thin crust meat lover's pizza with garlic Parmesan sauce and jalapeños. This seemed to frustrate her, and she eventually told me she would send it right over, but when I called back, I spoke to a man who claimed to be the manager. He was polite and actually listened to my concerns, which was a welcome change from my previous interaction. I even tried to reach out to corporate and never heard back from them. If you choose to order online from Pizza Hut in the future, I highly recommend calling to confirm that your order is correct. You’ve definitely lost my business for good. By the way, the woman who initially took my order never ended up apologizing, and quite frankly, her attitude was unacceptable.

We waited two hours for our pizza, which was a stuffed crust pepperoni. We placed our order at 8:15 PM on a Tuesday, so we didn't expect it to be done during peak hours. After about an hour and 45 minutes, I called to check on our order, and they told me it was on its way. It finally arrived 40 minutes later, but it was cold and disappointing. I've never complained before, but this experience really frustrated me. Management needs to address this issue.

Order pizza online to pick up at about 9 a.m. on a Saturday evening and wait in the car thru with several other vehicles for more than 30 minutes, not including the 10 minutes it took me to drive here. I didn't know the inside was closing early, but that should make the ride easier. Never again.
