Local Lime Little Rock

During my wife’s birthday weekend we visited Local Lime. The food was amazing and was made quickly even with a large number of customers in the restaurant. Our waitress (Shanice) did an amazing job. She was friendly and gave us great customer service even though she had several tables while we sat outside on the patio. She kept checking on us to make sure we didn’t need. If you ever visit Local Lime, ask to sit at Shanice’s tables.She is an excellent waitress and will make your stay very pleasant. GREAT JOB SHANICE!!!!!! #yallbettertipher

Late night date night. Started the night off with the salsa and three dips (zucchini, house tomato and Caribbean) the zucchini has a more avocado taste but not so thick texture. The Caribbean has a mango chutney taste and the house tomato is the regular salsa. I had the 3 fish tacos which has a more pickled taste but were delicious. The cilantro lime rice was okay, bland and not much cilantro. The fajitas were piping hot and delicious. We had one drink which was delicious. Overall great atmosphere and good food, great service.

On my last day in arkansas I stayed here, and it was the amazing everything from eating to service. the garnelenfajitas were the best I ever had. the 2 women who worked during the bar in the evening on Sunday 12 were very attentive and professional. will definitely be back to arkansas, even if it is only for these fajitas.

I was staying in Little Rock for the night and came here on a Friday night for dinner and drinks. I waited about 10-15 mins for a single seat at the bar. So keep that in mind. If you’re coming with a group on the weekend plan to wait! (Or make a resy if they accept them? The food was so good. I started with the chips queso. I’m from Texas so I like to think I know good chips queso when I see it, and let me tell you, this was good stuff. I then had a taco plate with the zucchini taco, grilled chicken taco, and carnitas taco. I got the cilantro lime rice and the pickled veggies as my sides. The cilantro lime rice was the best I’ve ever had an absolute must here. The pickled veggies were decent. To drink I had their Paloma. I asked the bar tender to make it spicy and she did great. The second time around I asked for a little bit more soda to make it slightly more bubbly and it was the second best spicy Paloma I’ve ever had. So good! I have a gluten and shellfish allergy so I appreciate that their menu had food allergens clearly marked. All items that I ordered were marked gluten free, or than the grilled chicken taco. We were able to modify that to be made with a corn tortilla instead of a flour tortilla. The bar seating was very comfortable with padded high-back bar stools. But I will say that looking around the rest of the restaurant, their standard seating was cheap looking plastic chairs that looked like they wouldn’t be the most comfy. If I ever find myself in Little Rock again, I will definitely be back. The environment was great and the food was phenomenal.

Stopped in on my way to Memphis... It was so good I came back through on my way back home again. They had the most amazing special with a Shrimp taco. It was absolutely heavenly. Great staff, vibes and ambience to boot! Stick with the salsas and tacos Not like the other items are bad or anything but the tacos are a work of art.
