Kobe Japanese Steakhouse - Little Rock

As of late, their sushi has been better than the pricier "upscale" places around town.

Good was good and well prepared- order was correct. The portions are very skimpy for price however.

Beautifully presented, and excellent tasting California Roll.

This meal was so good I wished I had order! The best salmon pieces hands down I have had since moving back here from Myrtle Beach. I will be ordering here again and trying some of their specialty sushi rolls....

I was planning on rating Kobe 3 stars, but after reading my own review, I think 2 stars is more fitting. I was a huge fan of Kobe in Tuscaloosa, AL so was super excited to give this one a try. Service was great! Our chef was even greater (personality wise). I was disappointed that this location did not include the appetizer shrimp or the noodles?huge bummer! Our chef put on the best show?food not so much. The fried rice was crispy in areas (good flavor though). Thevegetables were overcooked in areas. We requested our steak medium, but it was past well done once it hit our plate. It took too much effort to chew it. The shrimp lacked flavor and was a bit small in my opinion. I was super hungry onarrival, so ordered a sushi roll to ease the hunger. It was okay but I wouldn?t order it again. I should have followed my first mind and given Benihana a try.
