Church's Texas Chicken - Little Rock

The customer service was extremely friendly! I visited during lunch, and the service was fantastic. And those bombers—oh my goodness! I've never had any that still had all the cheese inside after cooking. That's a huge win for me!

The customer service could definitely be more welcoming. They forgot to bring us our jalapeño peppers, but you can't go wrong with Church's Chicken!

Popeye's was once my favorite fast-food chicken spot, but Church's has surpassed it in several areas. The batter used to fry their chicken is significantly crunchier—and in a good way—compared to Popeye's. However, their fries don't quite match the quality of Popeye's. On the other hand, their mashed potatoes, both with and without gravy, are superior. Overall, Church's Chicken has become my top choice for fast-food fried chicken, offering better deals than any of the competition.

This place didn't deserve any stars. I pulled up to place my order, but no one answered the speaker. After waiting for 15 minutes, I went up to the window only to be told that I needed to go back because they don't take orders there. When I asked for the customer service number, they refused to give it to me. I went back to place my order for a #4 with okra and two pieces of freshly made chicken. Instead of being helped, I was corrected as if I hadn’t made my order clear. I explained that I knew what I wanted and could read the menu just fine. Then the staff told me I didn't need to come back with an attitude and refused to take my order, even threatening to call the police. This was all because their system had me wait in line again after being sent back. It felt like they thought it was funny to treat a customer this way while I was just trying to get some food. I plan to escalate this situation because it's completely unacceptable. Oh, and I still haven’t received the customer service number, but I will be following up on that in the morning.

The chicken tasted old and was tough. I ordered two half-gallon sweet teas, but received one unsweetened tea and two cups of tea that I couldn't identify. The food was delicious, but I won't be returning.
