Chicot Hibachi Express - Little Rock

It's exactly what it claims to be—a takeout spot for the community. There are a few tables available, but it seems that no one really dines in. The food, however, is exceptional. I typically place my order in advance, but this time I ordered in person. The food came out quicker than at some fast food restaurants I've been to. It's a fantastic option for a quick hibachi meal with delicious food. The thin rice they serve is the best in Little Rock.

I visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday. Upon entering, I was greeted by an unusual smell. I'm quite sensitive to unpleasant odors, which almost deterred me from ordering. However, I'm glad I decided to stay. I ordered the shrimp hibachi with zucchini, onions, and fried rice, and opted to leave out the yum yum sauce, instead ordering two extra teriyaki sauces to drizzle over my dish. The portions were generous, and I was pleased to find large pieces of vegetables and shrimp.

I placed an order over the phone, and when I arrived, my food was ready. The steak was cooked just as I requested, and the rice, noodles, and vegetables were delicious. However, I was very disappointed with the egg rolls—they were cold and seemed old. If I had known this beforehand, I would have taken them home to return. I definitely would have asked for a refund for those.

I ordered through Grub Hub and was so happy I did! The Crab Rangoon was OH MY GOODNESS! YUM! I also ordered a combo of steak and shrimp- medium rare steak was fantastic and the shrimp grilled perfectly! Even with delivery my food was hot. I will eat here again- maybe even at the restaurant!
