Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Little Rock

We were seated quickly even though it was middle of lunch hour and parking lot was almost full. Waitress immediately took our drink and appetizer order. She was very attentive to our needs and quickly took our food order. We had spinach dip for our appetizer and it came out quickly, hot and very good. Our food came out about five or ten minutes after our appetizer. It was also hot and very good. We have eaten at different Cheddar's restaurants around central Arkansas, east Arkansas, west Tennessee and north Mississippi with service and food always good. Cheddar's is one of our go to places where ever travel. I believe you will enjoy it too.

The food was delicious and the waitress provided efficient and friendly service. However, the manager failed to address a disruptive group, greatly affecting the dining experience for other guests. It is disappointing that the restaurant did not enforce better behavior standards. I will not be returning on a Friday night. The situation was unacceptable.

Only good thing about this place is their croissants. I ordered an 8oz sirloin medium done and got a rare steak instead- Literally only siered and red all the way through. Waited around for my server to come back so I could send it back and she didn't come back for over 20 minutes and by that time all my sides were cold.

So we came in with a big group and can't make a reservation but other groups can while at the same time the manager is looking down on us so the server is nice and overall would be nice but they can't accommodate a big group so we will take are services and money other places
