When you live a plant-based life and visit a restaurant that provides a vegetarian option, most often, the dish feels like an afterthought. My experience at Brave New was far from that!!! The Vegetable Pasta was made with love and intention! The presentation and flavor were superb! The service and ambiance were outstanding! Vegetarian options: The Vegetable Pasta is excellent! Unique restaurant with great food but not so great service. We had the rib-eye and the scallops and they were both phenomenal, zero complaints about the food whatsoever. But our waiter would disappear for 20-30 minutes at a time, resulting in us being in the restaurant much longer than we would have liked. It got to a point where it became frustrating since we couldn’t get anything or ask any questions. We were in the restaurant for over 2 hours and saw our waiter a total of 5 times. Interesting location when you pull up. Once you are inside the hospitality is amazing. The restaurant is very comfortable. I see a lot of knocks on the food. I don’t understand that because the food was amazing. There were a lot of interesting combinations which my entire party of 6 loved. This is going to be a re visit for me next time I’m in the area and I look forward to it. If you’ve never had caper berries before, ask for them. I’m excited about those.
