While waiting for my food, the owner showed up just to collect my cash payment and then promptly left. One of the staff members was boxing up my order and made a comment about their sauce being fantastic, mentioning something about fresh tomatoes making it so delicious. This was around 10:30 PM. Once I returned to our accommodation and tasted the food, we quickly realized how terrible it was. Honestly, I could have made a better meal from a Chef Boyardee can. I drove back to return the pizza and a Stromboli, but was told by the staff that the owner had already taken the $50 I paid to the bank at that hour and they wanted me to return the next day at 11 AM to get a refund. I was not okay with this and had to argue to receive a partial reimbursement, which they shorted me on. This establishment should be shut down. They clearly have no idea how to run a business or prepare edible food. I’m baffled by how they have more than one star rating. I hope this review saves you time and money. If you're in a bind, buy a Digiorno; you'll end up better off!
This has been my go-to sub shop for the past 20 years, but ever since it changed ownership, the quality has declined significantly. The ceiling is falling apart, and there was a constant drip from the vent above our table. It seemed like the air conditioning was broken, as they had fans running instead. It appears they are cutting corners in food preparation, as the amount of meat in the subs has noticeably decreased. It wouldn't take much to restore the place to its former glory, but based on what I observed, I'm worried that won't happen. The overall attitude seems to reflect a lack of concern for the establishment. On a positive note, the waitstaff were very friendly, and there was a young child helping to bus tables, probably around 8 to 10 years old.
We are in town visiting and chose a delivery restaurant near our hotel. We ordered 3 combos in addition to a chicken Parm meal and an Italian sub. No drinks arrived with our order supposed to be with the combo. We ordered an Italian sub that we didn't receive. The extra sauce that we ordered.... Nope. The burgers were all wrong (even after calling to confirm the details) one of the patties was burnt to a crisp and in 4 pieces ?. Delivery was 20 minutes after ETA and I've been on hold more than 25 minutes now. I need a member of management to reach out to me ASAP. I had 4 hungry kids waiting on this food and one of them is without his sub, and I'm out 70 dollars. Would absolutely not recommend. Ever.
Omg. Turned around and left without the food that I had ordered online and paid for!2 crackheads and 1 spaz that did not wash his hands, after walking in the kitchen door with a foodlion bag, then handled raw chicken, then proceeded to touch cooked food! Inside was a nasty mess, old food on tables, dirty everywhere. 100 degrees inside. I ran away from potential food poisoning!
