Starbucks - Little Elm

Love to local coffee spots but dieucks is just dieducks! it is clean, comfortable and comfortable. the personal is always beautiful and they are a full of good drinks!

I was just over today, and I was dissatisfied with the service and the time it needed to get my drink. Oh, they could also mention that they were from certain ingredients when I got a completely different drink than the one I asked. also it took about 20 minutes to get it and there were only 2 cars in front of me!. please save her time and think her to go somewhere else.

Tori was working the morning shift the morning, and made my week. She went above and beyond the expectations of a company like Starbucks. She not only made it right but she also made sure that I got back. It’s the closest to my house, so I go there naturally, but she doesn’t know that. She still wanted to ensure that she did all she could do that would come back. That’s customer service.

This location is extremely slow. Took a total of 15 minutes at least before I finally got to place my order at the drive thru. I wouldn’t go here again if you’re in a hurry because you will wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru line to get your order. My order was also incorrect and got the wrong dairy-substitution. By that point, I didn’t have time to go back to change it.

Local staff excellent. Superior to upper managment.
