Conveniently located right off the highway. Large clean room with desk chair, couch and sitting chair, mini microwave and refrigerator, nice size bathroom and *comfortable bed (high importance for us). Noise from highway could be heard, but it wasn't horrible. Free breakfast was very nice with a good selection of warm items (omelets, sausage, pancakes, make your own waffles, oatmeal), as well as cold (cereal, fruit, bread, bagels, muffins, milk and juices). Good wifi and although we didn't use the Waterpark, it looked nice. We would definitely stay again. Only down side was that room prices really seemed to vary from site to site and the day before they varied from minute to minute even though the hotel had very low occupancy. Almost didn't stay due to that.

Our room was clean and perfect. The staff were all very kind. Julianne really stood out she was so kind, friendly, and helpful!! The water park was so fun. My three year old couldn’t get enough. We will definitely be back. Edit: changed review to two stars bc we went back about 3 months after our first visit and the waterpark was filthy. Hot tub was closed all 3 days we were there. I was shocked at the difference in stays.

My family stayed a couple nights. We arrived at 2am and when I checked in Holly was amazing and very kind. I am a manager in retail and customer service is a big part of my job. Holly's customer service skills are truly amazing. We will be coming back in the future. When we checked in our kids were sleeping and she helped speed up the process so our kids could get to bed.

I love that check in is at 3, and you can stay till 12 the next day to utilize the pool! fantastic! Continental Breakfast is great, and something i look for when booking a hotel. Fallback....the hot tub has been down the last two times we stayed here, which was beyond disappointing.

I went down to the front desk to request new bed sheets, and I was met with the response, “That doesn’t sound like our cleaning crew.” Well, if it’s not your crew, then whose is it—McDonald’s? After a bit of back and forth, they finally brought over a manager to address the issue, but I felt like they were making me feel crazy for pointing it out. Then there was the second issue. We decided to go swimming, but the chemical levels in the pool were alarmingly high—definitely not safe. When we returned to our room to dry off, we discovered that the supposedly clean towels neatly folded in our room were wet. Seriously? Frustrated, I went back to the front desk to discuss this, only to receive the same line: “That doesn’t sound like our cleaning team.” It’s time to stop with the excuses and start solving the problems! I could go on about the breakfast, but I won’t dwell on that since it was a complimentary meal. In short, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
