Moe's Southwest Grill - Lititz

Really disappointed by the quality and service here. Tonight's crew took an extraordinary amount of time to get out of the back and begin to wait the orders of us in the line, Then the person who should revenge me went into the back (all my food was ready and sitting there), took a bite of food and came back out of chewing while he jumped me. The lack of leadership or supervision of the workers here was disturbing. Very disappointing what was an earlier favorite for our family.

I'm really mad at this place. I ordered a tofu burrito because I don't eat red meat. That makes me sick. I was halfway through the Burrito when I realized it was the groundbeef. The beef was hidden in rice and beans. I looked at the slip and while my name on the pull-out bag was someone other name on the Burrito. I called them and they reimbursed my order, but now I'm not just hungry, but I have a funny evening before being sick in front of me. This isn't the first time my order was made in this place. Make yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Wasn't one for years. I ordered pork nachos and got this oversized monster plate of food. I loaded them with blows and it turned out great!!! Well done my friends

I love this place. The food was good. The staff was amazing. They came by regularly to make sure we were good. Everyone seemed to care about his job and the customers. I hope this place never changes.

My first time here and it was amazing. the ingredients were the freshest, there were more options/variety, the employees were prompt and friendly. the inside dining area was pretty clean as well. I think their chips and guacamole is perfect. I definitely will be back as I prefer this place to chipotle by a long shot. gave 4 stars because they are very light with the rice and proteins and heavy with the lettuce and shredded cheese
