Mcdonald's - Lititz

The food was really fresh the only thing is I'm a lil older and I don't like to use the kiosk I want someone to take my order well my wife my son n I were standing at the counter and employees are just walking past not even acknowledging us until I had to speak up and say is anyone gonna take our order then this young boy stopped n took our order but other than that everything else great

The bathrooms are disgusting. Lobby was soaked and wet. Urinal was clogged and toilet. Nasty! If that looks this way in a public area then I can just imagine the kitchen. Zero stars if I could. Disgusting! I canceled my order and got my money back.

Ordered a Big Mac Meal for $10. Sat down and my food arrived in less than 5 minutes.

Every time we go in there our order is messed up but this one really takes the cake we went through the drive-thru all we ordered was one large sweet tea and they couldn't even get that right they gave us unsweetened tea by the time we came around the building it was completely lined up at the window so I took it in and I had to stand there and wait and wait and wait and wait some more I was very upset but I kept my cool and I politely told him this isn't right the girl looked at the team she goes well that's unsweetened tea I said that's not what I ordered at all they did replace it at no cost that one was correct but I mean this is ridiculous Burger King down the street has very like nobody working there the most I've ever seen in that place at one time working is maybe three people they don't mess up the order they get it right McDonald's had like at least 10 if not more people working and they couldn't get one sweet tea right are you kidding me I hate going to that McDonald's

It is what it is, which is why I go there on occasion. I have noticed the service and staff has improved lately.
