Greco's Italian Ices And Homemade Ice Cream

Delightful sweet treats and excellent service from a staff that truly went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome.

The gelato is actually shaved ice served between layers of soft serve. This was not at all what I expected from gelato, and the staff wasn't very welcoming either.

The ice cream was good, but not the absolute best. I would consider buying it again.

The server with long brown hair was unnecessarily rude. We've been here before and the service was mediocre to say the best. It's overpriced, but it's lititz so that's whatever. But the girl today was a major put off. It's not worth the money. Just go to Rita's. In response:(I couldnt figure out how to just reply I apologize) but we went in and my son had to use the bathroom, I understand it said for customers only, so I was either going to tip 6 bucks or buy a shake but the girl kept cutting me off and had a bad attitude. When we walked in she ignored us for somewhere around 5 minutes even though she saw us walk in. When we visited before we were disappointed with how expensive everything was and the small portion sizes, but the girls were still rather rude and kind of cold(like short answers, no personality) but today the girl with long brown hair was just straight rude. There was an Italian fest and she told me they closed the bathroom off from customers. Which okay, but how she handled it was unnecessary. My son is 7 and he even said she was mean.

Awesome ice cream, friendly staff, great prices too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone local or passing through lititz
