Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This is the worst Zaxby's I've ever experienced. The employees were loudly cursing in front of guests in the dining room. My food sat on the counter for over five minutes before anyone attended to it. As a general manager myself, I can't understand how this location is still in business. I will never come back. Customer service should be your main focus, and I believe the manager and employees on duty should be replaced. It's very disappointing.

I experienced a long wait in the drive-thru line, and the Texas toast was quite hard. At this location, the ingredients in their house salad are separated, which means that by the time I got to eat, the cheese had melted into its section, making it difficult to mix with the rest of the salad. I’m giving it 2 stars, and that's purely based on the taste of the salad.

I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. First, they have a sign saying the lobby is open, but, unsurprisingly, it wasn't. I had to wait almost 10 minutes in the drive-thru until the cleanup staff let me in. Once inside, two young employees completely ignored me; they just exchanged glances and didn’t acknowledge my presence. Eventually, one of them said she wasn't in the mood to help, while the other gave me a fake smile when she found out I was there to pick up a DoorDash order. To make matters worse, my food wasn't ready, even though I had driven 20 minutes to pick it up. So that's 20 minutes of driving, 10 minutes of waiting in the drive-thru, and an additional 10 minutes waiting for my order. This restaurant is totally unprofessional. I will definitely not be eating here again.

This place here astonishing I ordered a salad the best I've had in a loooooooong time. I recommend this place clean friendly I'm from out of town but when I come back I'm there.My sister in law ordered other very good.But who eats fried pickles lol...Guesstown people just having fun love this place

Roach infested location. I ordered online. Online stated order would be ready by 8:26p I didn?t walk out until 8:45p I witnessed 2 roaches on the floor in dining room. I asked the manager for a complimentary drink for such a long wait. He stated ?sure I?llgive you free water? while looking at another customer laughing. Also witnessed extreme unprofessionalism between employees.Handling cell phones behind counter causing cross contamination. Not to mention I returned home w incomplete meals. Worstexperience.
