The girl on the window is sucked. Ain?t knows nothing about the menu, just stand there and shrug her shoulders all day, she ugly not the pretty ones.

My order was taken quickly and the food was hot and ready when I arrived! The staff was very helpful and probably one of the best experiences I had in the WnB factory!

Horribler customer service. I ordered from this facility today. 30 minutes after I gave up my order and they took my money, I still didn't get any food. When I talk to the owner, he informs that they have not even started cooking my food, and the best he could offer for this inconvenience is 6 Mealy wings. He couldn't even apologize. Smokey Bones and Feltchers are much better alternatives. Better prices, better customer service and better food. It's not a brain.

Eating is usually good. cooked to order, but a little on the expensive side

Very disappointed..Ordered takeout 1/2 bone in wings and 1/2 boneless ?received only boneless. The boneless wings were very small?almost laughable. The meal with onion rings (upcharge to replace fries) was about 17.00 ?not worth the money in my opinion.
