Baskin-robbins - Lithia

Went for a banana split just to learn they were out of bananas. The grocery store is 3 minutes away. Who manages this location anyway? Seems they can’t stock anything.

Another visit to Baskin Robbins (Lithia, Fl) with family only for them to be out of 2 of our favorite flavors again …chocolate and mint chocolate chip. This has happened consistently over the past 3 years. I also have NEVER been able to order a specific sundae and them have all of the ingredients. And yes, we continue to return to support a local business, but it’s getting harder to support them.

Not a fan of the staff. They could of at least smiled or say hi when we walk in

Terrible service. Sunday afternoon, 4 male teens kept me waiting 15 minutes for an ice cream, and when complained to them their shift lead said he didn't care and asked me to leave the store!

Bad experience X 2, place is terrible. If you like money don't go here because it's a waste. I threw my food out both times I went here. First experience I got a milkshake that was extremely sour, tossed it for a total of $8. Second experience I got a bacon egg and cheese bagel. This bagel was so hard it was essentially a rock and or a fossil bagel that had rolled off to the side a few weeks prior, tossed for a total of $5. NTY
