Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Had a great experience. Will definitely come back. Everything was fresh and the restaurant was very clean.

I must admit, the best service I have had at a Zaxby’s restaurant so far. I will going to this location from now on.

Absolutely awful and disgusting food presentation. Ordered kickin Chicken Sandwich and it was drowning in sauce so much so it dripped in the bag. Customer service was atrocious. Never again ?

It’s 10:30 and they told us to come back in 10 minutes like yall should be serving and open. I really wanted Zaxby’s

I wish I could give their service a zero! I 've never had such terrible service, and its ongoing no matter what time of day or night you visit this location. My family no longer visits this location and its 5 mins away. I 'd rather drive. My son wanted Zaxby 's today so I said ok let 's try it. The service didn 't disappoint in that we got exact what we expected to get RUDENESS. I actually asked to speak with the manager and was told that the General Manager was there. Living right up to the store 's RUDE expectation. She wouldn 't give me here name but she was a black woman with dreadlocked hair, and again showed the same rudeness as the employees. And on everything this was all over them giving me an addition sauce, which I had no problem paying for, but they insisted that I drove back around for it. My husband and I are literally looking for a new home because the customer service that we most of the time receive in this Fairburn Rd/Lee Rd area is horrific.
