Taco Bell - Lithia Springs

I ordered doordash and my food came not even 10 minutes later and i recived my food cold so i drove to ask to get it remade and the tall black man with dreads who i guess is the manager came at me with the worst attitude he first approached me with “wassup” then i asked for the remake he told me thats not his problem because it was hot when he sent it out and told me to just call doordash. Ive worked in customer service before and i know enough that i can get my food remade especially if i brought the food and receipt back. He should be fired! WEIRDO?

The store manager Mr. TO was very helpful to me and had the best customer service I've seen in this area.

Even though it was very close to closing time, the staff was very kind and attentive. The new menu item beef crunch supreme is

Lobby was open late if you have an RV oversized vehicle.

Sign on the door says they open at 8am. I arrived at 10:15am and doors were locked. Employees running around inside appeared to not care in the least. Will not be back.
