Mcdonald's - Lithia Springs

This McDonald's location is fantastic! It’s modern, clean, and the customer service is excellent. We placed a custom order, and the employee at the register went above and beyond to ensure we were charged in the most cost-effective manner. We truly appreciated her effort!

I haven't eaten at McDonald's in about 10 years, but my 94-year-old mom wanted a Quarter Pounder and fries. I requested fresh food. My mom said the fries were good and hot, but the burger tasted very old.

I waited an hour and a half without receiving any food. Thanks, McDonald's! This all happened at 9 PM when the drive-thru line was extremely long, so I decided to try curbside pickup. All I ordered was a large double quarter pounder combo, but I ended up sitting in the curbside parking spot for a full hour. I eventually went inside to talk to someone, and an employee informed me that the inside was closed. I explained my situation and told her my order before going back to my car. After another 20 minutes with still no food, I decided to leave. I wasted all that time for nothing—and I was still charged! Fantastic!

I originally ordered on my mobile app and parked in a spot for it to be brought to my car. In my rear view mirror I saw several employees outside. They congregated for a while and then went back into the restaurant. Then shortly after that my app showedthank you for ordering and I had not received my order for another 5 minutes so I got out of my car and went inside. Severalcustomers were waiting for their order. Two of them said that they had been waiting for 45 minutes. Something was going on thathad employees walking back and forth outside. One young man was trying to fulfill one order but the rest of us had to wait. Oneyoung lady kept walking past us without addressing us and another was doing the same thing. I then said I just want to ask aboutmy order and the young lady looked at me as if I was getting on last nerves. She did get my order but it definitely not servicewith a smile. Not ever going back to that location again.

Had a carving for a big Mac today so I stopped in this location to fill my need only to be told no receipt cause the printer was down then while waiting 15 minutes for my food I almost fell from the floor being greasy then I noticed that none of the workerswere wearing gloves, masks, or anything over their hair (female employees)handling the food so I followed my first mind and gota refund and left. The McDonald's on Thornton Rd needs to get their act together I advised anyone not to go to this locationvery unprofessional
