Mcdonald's - Lithia Springs

This establishment should be permanently closed! The owner seems indifferent to customers' needs. They constantly get orders wrong, service is incredibly slow, and they frequently close early. I’m also tired of seeing employees with their pants sagging—it's really unappealing. I hope the new Wendy's being built next door puts them out of business.

I asked for extra tartar sauce on the sandwich. They charge .75 cents which is a bit excessive in my opinion. The amount of tartar sauce on my sandwich was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! As soon as I picked up the sandwich globs of tartar sauce fell out intothe container. You couldn't even see the fish and was 100% inedible. The fries were cold and tastes like old grease. The entiremeal went into the trash.

If only I could give this place zero stars. The food was cold and poorly put together, and it took 30 minutes to get four cheeseburgers at 3 PM on a Wednesday. This is a cheeseburger fast food chain, after all! I understand it's a fast food restaurant and I don't expect gourmet meals, but this experience was just awful.

Not pleased at all with the service . They tools me to pull up for my quarter pounder and fkn forgot about they had a parked car . Chick Fil A would never ?..

I noticed a significant improvement since my last visit. The drive-through took only about 5 minutes, even with a few cars ahead of me. During my previous visit, the wait was around 30 minutes with the same number of cars. The food was hot, although they did forget my fries. However, when I mentioned it to them, they promptly gave me a fresh, hot order of fries. Overall, it was a much better experience. Oh, and I treated myself to a vanilla shake—yes, you heard that right, a shake!
