Ihop - Lithia Springs

I visited this restaurant three times. The first visit was pleasant; although it took a while to get seated despite the restaurant being empty, the food and service were good. However, during my second visit, they were supposed to open at 6 PM but were not prepared at all. My third visit was quite busy, and while the server was outstanding, the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. The windows were extremely dirty, and there seemed to be syrup under our table; it clearly needed a thorough cleaning. What really frustrated me was the busboy who kept trying to clear our dishes even before we were finished. It felt like we were being rushed out after only 25-30 minutes. They didn't clear all of our plates while we were still there, and when we wanted to order dessert, we ultimately decided to leave instead.

I've noticed that several chefs and servers have been popping pills and appear to be under the influence while serving customers; this includes some of the management as well. Many of them seem to be struggling with Xanax addiction and are unable to remain alert or focused on their work. When issues arise, instead of addressing them, management tends to retaliate and fire employees who speak up. As for the food, the grease they serve likely sits in the same pot for an extended period without proper heating or labeling. It's honestly concerning, and I'm committed to doing what I can to ensure this restaurant doesn't continue to operate. If you choose to dine here, please, for your own sake, steer clear of the juice!

I really enjoy visiting this IHOP, but after the service we received tonight, I doubt I'll return. We were seated at 8:55 PM, and it wasn't until 9:13 PM that anyone asked us what we wanted to drink. Our food didn’t arrive until 9:40 PM. We both ordered chicken tenders, and they came out burned to a crisp. I appreciate that they attempted to rectify the situation, but by then I had already lost my appetite. I could understand if the place had been really busy, but there were only about four tables occupied. It's truly disappointing.

That was my first time. I had the big steak and pancakes. I love it! I'm back. I have entered and my order was correct and efficient! The waiter was so nice and professional.

Picked up a carry out order for breakfast on a Saturday late-morning. They weren't very busy and the food was ready fast, but I had to ask for everything besides syrup and butter in the way of condiments. I had to make them find my drinks and the chocolate milkshake I ordered took about 7 people to make and basically shut the entire kitchen down for 15 minutes. Everything was cooked right and tasted good though!
