The staff at this restaurant have terrible attitudes and there are outrageous additional charges. It's as if the quality of service has gone straight to the dumpster.

I ordered two plain croissants toasted with butter and plain cream cheese, but they only had one croissant available at the moment. I agreed to receive a bagel instead. Unfortunately, when the croissant was served, it was cold because it had not been toasted as requested. When I mentioned this to the server, he rudely replied that it was not specified to be toasted. Despite my clarification that I had requested it to be toasted, he insisted he could only heat it. This lack of attention to detail and customer service, including staff gossiping amongst themselves, made for a disappointing experience, especially as this was the second time encountering such issues at the restaurant.

Please replace your flags. It is disrespectful to display a tattered state flag.

All drinks were watered down, bad service, and the milk was sour.
